Most things take less than an hour. Bigger jobs we'll quote upfront so there are no surprises. We work in your tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, whatever you're using) — you don't need to learn anything new.
We don't just hand back a fixed file and disappear. You get a short written explanation of what we did and how to use it — in plain English, with screenshots if it helps. If you want, we'll record a quick video walkthrough too.
Most clients start on Standard and adjust from there. Cancel or change tier any time — no annual contracts, no awkward conversations.

A task is one specific thing you want fixed, built, or set up. "Fix my VAT spreadsheet so it calculates correctly" is one task. "Build me three different report templates" is three tasks. If you're not sure, just ask — we'll tell you upfront.
Nothing's too small. We'd rather spend 15 minutes fixing the thing that's been irritating you for 6 months than have you struggle with it for another 6. Lite tier exists exactly for this.
Not at all. Most people start with "this is annoying me, can you take a look?" That's enough. We'll work out what needs doing on the call.
Fair question. Three things: we explain everything in plain English, we quote upfront, and you can cancel any time. We also give you a written record of what we did so the next person — even if it's not us — can pick up where we left off.
Both. And ChromeOS, and most things in between. If you can describe what you're working with, we can probably help.
Usually within a day or two of our first chat. For urgent things on the Pro tier, often the same day.
No. We do once-off work too, billed hourly. The retainers exist because most clients realise after the first task that they want us on speed dial. But there's zero pressure to subscribe.
